Everything plays through the 4K PLAYER app. You install it on your device, send us the code it shows on screen, and we activate it. The steps below are grouped by device.

A subscription confirmed with us on WhatsApp or by email.
A stable internet connection — picture quality follows your connection speed.

Open the Samsung store, APPS.
Search for 4K PLAYER.
Install it and open it.
Send us the code shown on screen and we activate it.

Open the LG Content Store.
Search for 4K PLAYER.
Install it and open it.
Send us the code shown on screen and we activate it.

From the app store install Downloader, then open it.
Enter the code 292384 and press GO.
Download 4K PLAYER and install it.
Send us the code shown on screen and we activate it.

Get 4K PLAYER from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in with the subscription details we sent you.
It works on Wi-Fi and on mobile data.

Activation

Every device shows its own code the first time it opens.
Send that code on WhatsApp or by email and we activate it.
If any step gives you trouble, message us and we finish it with you.
