What this service includes

• One guided WhatsApp session: we walk you through it step by step — with screenshots — to install a compatible app on your device. You tap your own device; we stay with you at every step until it runs.
• Basic configuration and signing in with your own credentials.
• Clearing the usual installation blockers: storage, compatibility, network, store account.
• One session for one device, and we stay with you to the end of it.

We are not affiliated with any manufacturer and we do not claim support for every device or every app. If yours falls outside what we handle, we tell you before you pay.

For non-customers — the limits

• The service is paid and one-time. It is not a subscription and not open-ended support.
• No content and no subscription is included — this is time and expertise only.
• One session covers one device. A second device is a separate service.
• We confirm the request is workable before any work begins; if it is not, you pay nothing.

For subscribers — the limits

• Your subscription already includes free support on 2 devices for its whole term — you do not buy this service for those.
• You only need it for a third device or beyond, or for an app unrelated to your subscription.
• The playback rule still stands: one device watching at a time.

What we do not do

• No rooting, no jailbreaking, and no bypassing any protection or restriction on the device.
• No installing apps that are not officially available for your device.
• No hardware repair, and nothing about faults with your internet provider.
• No guarantee of success in every case, and no promised response time.

How it works

• Message us with your device and the app you need.
• We review it and confirm whether it is within scope.
• We agree a time and walk you through it, screenshot by screenshot, until the install is done on your device.
