This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language. Last updated: 2026-08-13.

The short version

No payment is ever taken on this website. We do not ask for or receive card details, and no payment gateway is enabled at all.
Orders and support run through WhatsApp or email — you start the conversation.
Analytics stay off until you accept them in the cookie notice.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

What you send us: when you message us on WhatsApp or by email we see your name or number or address, and whatever you write (device, plan, country). We keep it to fulfil and support your order.
Reviews: if you write a product review we store the name, the email address, the review text and an IP address — the last one purely for spam control. Name and text appear publicly; the email and IP never do.
Server logs: the server records IP address, browser type and request time automatically. That is technical housekeeping and security.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to see which pages actually help — and only after you agree.

Essential (always on): the WooCommerce cart and its session · the site language (wp-wpml_current_language) · your answer to the cookie notice (z4k_consent, 180 days) · LiteSpeed caching cookies.
Analytics (only with your consent): _ga and _ga_LGXHM2FPWB from Google Analytics. Refuse and they are never created — and any already present are deleted the moment you refuse.
Referral source: WooCommerce stores sbjs_* to know which link brought you here. These are our own cookies, not a third party’s.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser; the notice will appear again.

WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us, WhatsApp’s own policy applies to that conversation too.
Google Analytics: with your consent only, and with IP anonymisation on.
Google Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which discloses your IP address to Google. We state that plainly rather than bury it.
Our host: the hosting provider stores the site and its logs.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Order and support conversations: for the length of your subscription and a reasonable period after, in case of a dispute.
Reviews: published until you ask us to remove them.
Server logs: a short period set by the hosting provider.
Analytics data: Google’s default retention, without personal identity.

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.
Object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict it.
If you are in the EU, complain to your national data protection authority.

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If such data reaches us, we delete it as soon as we know.

When something material changes we update the date at the top of this page. The version published here is always the one that applies.

ZEN4K distributes and activates digital services supplied by third parties. We are not the owner, the operator, or the rights-holder of those services.
The content, the channel line-up and the platform’s features are determined by the provider and may change or stop without reference to us and without notice.
What we are answerable for is what we actually control: delivering your activation details, helping you get the service running, and standing by you if something breaks.
Service names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used to identify the product only. They imply no partnership, sponsorship or affiliation.
None of this reduces your statutory rights as a consumer towards us as the seller — see the refund policy.
